Service Eligibility Conditions (You Should Know)
- The applicant must be of good conduct and must not have been convicted of a felony or a crime involving dishonor or breach of trust, even if they have been rehabilitated.
- A valid office license with a commercial activity (if the applicant is a commercial license holder).
- The applicant’s practical experience in the requested field of expertise must be no less than 5 years after graduation for citizens, and 15 years for non-citizens.
Requirements and Documents
- Fitness Certificate: Must be medically fit to perform the duties of their profession.
- Professional Liability Insurance Document: A copy of a valid insurance contract for a period of 3 years from the registration expiration date, covering professional liability, issued by a licensed insurance company in the country.
- No-Objection Certificate from the employer (if the applicant is a government employee).
- Lease Agreement (if the applicant is the owner of an office).
Service Fee Details
- Expert Test Fee: 300 AED
- Expert Registration Fee for three years: 3,000 AED
- Government employees are exempt from fees
